Since we got rid of cable, we only DL shows we want to see, so, on our schedule:
The Amazing Race Terra Nova Being Erica (Canadian show; shows up in the US later in the season) Warehouse 13 (just went on hiatus) Glee America's Next Top Model (okay, this one's really just me) Project Runway (mostly just me) Big Bang Theory Thundercats (don't laugh!) Sanctuary
(and, coming up Once Upon a Time)
AND, in January, Downton Abbey (if you love period dramas, you MUST watch this, it's SO good!)
AND, we also have been watching on Netflix: Star Trek: Enterprise
Bones
(with many more things waiting in the queue)
"Power is your friend. That power used for purpose is the most thrilling thing in the world. It's right up there with singing show tunes." ~Diane Sawyer
Hmmm... terra nova seems to be popular... I'm gonna have to check it out.
What do I watch...
Well this summer I got into the new ABC Family shows but since most of them only ran through the summer, I don't know what I'll be addicted to next.
I also love watching...
Big Bang Theory
CSI
NCIS
Criminal Minds
Two Broke Girls - ok... this show is so dumb but I can't help but watch
How I met your mother
Chopped
Vampire Dairies
America's Funniest Videos
I love my DVR... and apparently CBS
ETA: When DH was recovering, he wanted a dvd player that also has Netflix... and man I wish he hadn't shown me how to use it... Cheers is my latest addiction. On another note... He-Man seems to be a totally different show when view by the eyes of an adult.
And that used to be my only show, but I've been scrounging Hulu during nap times these days...
Last Man Standing (I grew up watching LOTS of Home Improvement with three brothers, so it's fun to see Tim Allen again)
Pan Am (Intriguing, and I love the attempt at a period show)
Revenge (I so shouldn't like a show like this, but it's addicting!)
Glee (although I'll always like 1st season best)
And I think I should try out Terra Nova too.
So much for not watching TV! Maybe once our poor teething baby starts sleeping better I'll be productive during nap time again...
I don't watch a lot of TV, but I don't want to miss The Voice of Holland.
I think this programm will be on TV in the US too, The Voice of ......
I also look at the Dutch version of XFactor, but that has finished a couple of months ago.
AND, in January, Downton Abbey (if you love period dramas, you MUST watch this, it's SO good!)
(with many more things waiting in the queue)
I LOVED Downton Abbey. I can't wait until January to watch the next season of it. I read in Entertainment Weekly that it has already debuted in Britain and their server crashed the next day with people wanting to re-watch it or watch what they missed.
Oh, and we don't have cable and I don't have time to watch much, but about the only show I try not to miss is The Good Wife.
Occasionally I watch a few things on Netflix, recently I've been watching The Wonder Years, Pawn Stars, Hoarders, and a few other random shows.
Oh, and my DH and I LOVE 30 Rock, but it won't be back on until mid-season.
